THE AUTHOR
Yanesh Naidoo
Yanesh Naidoo is co-owner and Innovations Director of Jendamark Automation, where he leads the digital division behind the ODIN manufacturing ecosystem. A mechatronics engineer (University of Cape Town) who started his career at Volkswagen South Africa, he has spent more than 20 years building assembly lines for the world’s leading manufacturers — over 3,500 systems in 35+ countries.
He writes and speaks about what actually works on the factory floor, and shares the failures as readily as the wins on his YouTube channel, Disrupted Factory. He wrote this book the way he builds lines: foundation first.
